The Team
My name is Dillon Vopat and I'm the majority owner and operations manager of Hells Canyon Mycology. What started as a hobby four years ago, quickly became a passion of mine. I grew to love the process and decided to turn my craft into a business. Our team also includes Neil Switzer as our business manager, as well as Dalton Neal & Zack Harvey who assist in the operations.
We are dedicated to providing the Lewis-Clark valley and the surrounding area with fresh mushrooms that will satisfy your taste buds while also benefitting your health.
